We hope you bear with us as we have a lot of work to do for this section.
We have started by uploading a GoogleMap that we created to be of use specifically to patients visiting Southampton General Hospital.
How to access the maps on an iPhone
Here are the instructions for accessing the maps on your iPhone within your iPhone's GoogleMaps app. This allows you to then receive directions to/from the location. We have also included information on most of the services/departments included on our map. Images for each step can be found below the instructions.
- Step 1 - Open the www.cancer.je website on your iPhone web browser.
- Step 2 - Click the Menu button (top right of screen, the 3 lines).
- Step 3 - Click on 'Off-Island'.
- Step 4 - Select the map that you want to view.
- Step 5 - Under the map is a hyperlink, click on it.
-
- The map will open up in your iPhone's GoogleMaps app.
-
- Step 6 - Click on 'View Map Legend'.
- Step 7 - Select/Deselect whole layers according to what you are looking for.
